All Bases Covered was born when a light bulb turned on in the mind of Kim Fritschi.

It wasn't a blinding flash of brilliance.  More like a flicker of recognition.

Kim realized that smaller businesses could keep their operating costs to a minimum, recapture valuable time, and optimize their office operations if they could outsource their office management needs by contracting with a professional office administrator who had All their Bases Covered.

Kim provides expertise gained from over 26 years of professional services office management, 22 of them spent running law firms. She served as Firm Administrator/Executive Director for 15 years at law firms in New York City. Kim relocated to Portland in 2002 and continued her career as a Legal Administrator with two Portland law firms.

Kim has a proven record of accomplishment of improving efficiencies, reducing costs, enhancing morale, and increasing revenues. She has managed every aspect of day-to-day business operations and knows every nook and cranny of office management. Along with managerial insight and meticulous attention to detail, she has an unfailingly positive outlook and cheery personality. Net result? A friendly, professional, smooth-working office. And more time and a lot fewer headaches for those who contract with her. (Don't  just take our word for it.  Take a look at what people are saying about Kim.)
